DLH Surabaya together with PERBANAS through KMPP carried out a Tree Planting action at the Wonorejo Seed Garden, Surabaya on November 28, 2024.
This time the type of tree seedling planted was Tabebuya. Tabebuya was chosen because this plant is a plant that is easy to grow and is a tree that is already known to decorate the city of Surabaya.
The roots of this plant can help prevent soil erosion by binding the soil tightly, besides also helping to maintain soil fertility and prevent erosion that can occur due to heavy rain or strong winds. And of course reducing air pollution. Even the stems and flowers of this plant also have many benefits.
