Aviliani is a well-known economist and academic from Indonesia who focuses on governance, economic development, and public policy. In 1963, she was born in Jakarta, Indonesia.

With a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Indonesia, a Master's in Development Economics from the Australian National University, and a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, Aviliani has an impressive educational history.

Aviliani has held a number of significant roles in the Indonesian government, including membership on the National Economic Committee and the Presidential Advisory Council on Economic Issues. Also, she has experience serving as a consultant for a number of governmental and non-governmental organizations, including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme.

Her career in banking began in 1983 at Bank Bumi Daya, where she handled a variety of roles including managing non-performing loans, administering credit paperwork, and acquiring new credit. Her career developed further by holding a number of significant roles, including Head of Region, Group Head of Jakarta Commercial Sales Group, and Director of Corporate Banking, when Bank Bumi Daya and PT Bank Mandiri amalgamated. In addition, she has held positions as Commissioner at PT Mandiri Sekuritas, Chairman of the Supervisor of Bank Mandiri Pension Funds, and Director of Supervision at the Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) - Bank Mandiri. As Director of Human Resources and Legal, she is currently in charge of the Departments of Human Resources,

Henry Koenaifi – Bank Ina Perdana

Appointed as Director of Retail Banking of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk by the Extraordinary GMS dated 09 January 2023 and has been declared legally effective as of the date of its stipulation in the Financial Services Authority Approval Letter on Fit and Proper Assessment dated 16 February 2023. With the term of office until the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.

Her journey reflects a consistent focus on advancing inclusive finance and supporting MSME growth. She started her career as corporate banker, transaction banker, and has held strategic leadership positions, including SME Banking Head and Director of Community Financial Services, covering retail, MSME, and commercial segment, as well as digital channel. Through leveraging access to various corporations, she built and developed supply chain financing to support corporate growth by empowering the ecosystems within those corporate communities, both vertically and horizontally.
As current President Director of hibank, she currently leads the full transformation journey of hibank towards being an MSME orchestrator with three main pillars: nurture, empower, and uplift Indonesia MSMEs.

Her leadership continues to shape Indonesia’s financial landscape, driven by a deep purpose: to empower communities and strengthen the MSME sector through thoughtful, scalable financial solutions.
