Aviliani is a well-known economist and academic from Indonesia who focuses on governance, economic development, and public policy. In 1963, she was born in Jakarta, Indonesia.

With a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Indonesia, a Master's in Development Economics from the Australian National University, and a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, Aviliani has an impressive educational history.

Aviliani has held a number of significant roles in the Indonesian government, including membership on the National Economic Committee and the Presidential Advisory Council on Economic Issues. Also, she has experience serving as a consultant for a number of governmental and non-governmental organizations, including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme.

With over three decades of experience in the financial sector, Jenny Wiriyanto has led transformative roles across top-tier institutions such as BII, LippoBank, Danamon, Maybank, BATUMBU, and currently hibank. Her journey reflects a consistent focus on advancing inclusive finance and supporting MSME growth. She started her career as corporate banker, transaction banker, and has held strategic leadership positions, including SME Banking Head and Director of Community Financial Services, covering retail, MSME, and commercial segment, as well as digital channel. Through leveraging access to various corporations, she built and developed supply chain financing to support corporate growth by empowering the ecosystems within those corporate communities, both vertically and horizontally.
As current President Director of hibank, she currently leads the full transformation journey of hibank towards being an MSME orchestrator with three main pillars: nurture, empower, and uplift Indonesia MSMEs.

Her leadership continues to shape Indonesia’s financial landscape, driven by a deep purpose: to empower communities and strengthen the MSME sector through thoughtful, scalable financial solutions.
