Appointed as Deputy President Director of BCA at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Gregory Hendra Lembong has been educated in the United States. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University.

Prior to joining BCA, he was appointed as Chief Transformation Officer leading the Transformation & Strategy Program for all units or functions at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Indonesia since January 2019, as Chief Fintech Officer CIMB Group Malaysia (June 2018 - December 2018), CEO CIMB Group Malaysia Transaction Banking Group (July 2016 - December 2018), Chief of Transaction Banking PT Bank CIMB Niaga Indonesia (August 2013 - December 2018), Regional Head of Transaction Services (cash, liquidity, FX), Asia Pacific at J.P. Morgan Asia Pacific in Singapore (2010 - 2013), Global COO & Head of Business Development at Deutsche Bank London (2009-2010) and had a career at Citibank from 1994 to 2009 holding various roles in strategy and product management in Asia and Europe .

As the Main Director of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna since 2014 until now, Mr. Ali Rukmijah has experience in the banking industry. Among others, Main Commissioner of Adira Quantum Multifinance (2011-2014), Director of SME & Wholesale Banking of Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (2011-2014), Bank Pos Management Team (1999).

In addition, Mr. Ali Rukmijah has also held several important positions at Bank Papan Sejahtera such as Operations Group Head - Assistant Vice President (1999-1998), Call Center Unit Head Assistant Vice President (1998) and DFC & ATM Unit Head - Assistant Vice President President (1997-1998). He was also Senior AM Citibank NA (1994-1997).

He started his career at Legacy Texas Bank as Banking Officer and Senior Credit Analyst in 1998. In 2002, he served as Credit Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust Bank, then in 2003 he returned to Legacy Texas Bank as Assistant Vice President until 2005. In In 2006, he joined Standard Chartered Bank in Indonesia as Senior Manager Consumer Banking Operations. From 2007 to 2014, he continued his career at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as Senior Business Analyst, Group Operational Risk Assurance, Senior Manager Operational Risk and Senior Manager CDD Operations & Approver.

He was appointed as Director of Bank Sinarmas based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 24 March 2015 and on 8 September 2017 he was appointed as President Director of Bank Sinarmas based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Before starting his career in the banking industry, Haryono Tjahjarijadi completed his education as a Master of Business Administration in Banking, Golden Gate University, San Francisco USA (1986-1987).

He worked from 1981 to 1992 at PT. Bank Central Asia, Jakarta with last position as Senior Manager (Deputy Division Head of International Banking). Then, continuing his journey at PT. Bank Mayapada International Tbk from 1992 until now with various positions such as President Director, Commissioner and Deputy President Director.

An Indonesian citizen, 52 years old. Earned his Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, and Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Badung Institute of Technology, Bandung. He was appointed as Director pursuant to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution on March 30th, 2021. Other strategic positions he held before were Chief Consumer Banking at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Feb-Apr 2021). Other positions in the banking industry he held include, Executive Vice President, Digital Business Development Head PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk (2018-2021); Digital Banking Group Head PT Bank Sinarmas, Tbk (2017-2018); Senior Vice President, Business Transformation Head PT Bank Permata, Tbk (2016-2017); Astra Synergy Head PT Bank Permata, Tbk (2014-2016); Head e-channel PT Bank Permata, Tbk (2009-2014); Domestic Banking Support Bureau Head PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (2008-2009); Electronic Banking Transaction Processing Department Head PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (1999-2008); Unit Consumer Banking Operation Department Unit Head PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (1996-1999); Senior Maintenance Engineer Philips Industries Batam Tuner Factory (1994-1996); Electrical Fabrication Engineer Philips Singapore Pte Ltd Tuner Factory (1993-1994).

Appointed as Director of Retail Banking of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk by the Extraordinary GMS dated 09 January 2023 and has been declared legally effective as of the date of its stipulation in the Financial Services Authority Approval Letter on Fit and Proper Assessment dated 16 February 2023. With the term of office until the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
