Kartika Wirjoatmodjo
Chairman

Kartiko Wirjoatmodjo, also known as Mr. Tiko, completed his education as a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting at the University of Indonesia in 1996. In addition, he also completed the MBA program at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2001.

Early in his career, he started in the banking industry as a Senior Consultant at PwC and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Then in 2003, he decided to join Bank Mandiri as Department Head of Strategy & Financial Analysis at Strategy and Performance Group and was also appointed as Managing Director in 2008.

It should also be noted, he has served as CEO at Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (2011-2013) and Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (2014-2015).

Ahmad Siddik Badruddin
Vice Chairman I

As Director of Risk Management at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and Deputy Chairman of the Association of National Banks (Perbanas), Mr. Ahmad Siddik Badruddin has been educated in the United States. He has earned a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Information Systems Management with a merit scholarship from IBM from the University of Texas.

He has 32 years of banking industry expertise, and during his 24 years at Citibank/Citigroup, he managed consumer credit risk in 7 Asian nations (Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines), 2 European nations (Germany and the UK), and the United States (New York). At his most recent job at Citibank/Citigroup, he oversaw risk management for the portfolios of consumer loans in the United States and Canada as well as the portfolios of unsecured loans in 14 countries in the Asia Pacific. He was in charge of overseeing risk management for retail loan portfolios in 11 nations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa when he served as managing director in London.

Tigor M. Siahaan
Vice Chairman II

Tigor M. Siahaan is an experienced banker with more than 20 years of work experience. He has been with Citibank for a considerable amount of time, beginning in the bank's headquarters in New York, United States, and continuing until his return to Indonesia, where he currently serves as the Chief Country Officer for Citi Indonesia (2011-2015). He held the role for the first time in Indonesia.

Since 2015, the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA graduate in finance and accounting has served as the CEO of CIMB Niaga. He started the digitalization process at CIMB Niaga in 2017 and was successful in making the bank the sixth-largest in Indonesia.

Danny Hartono
Vice Chairman III

After earning his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees, Donny Hartono began his academic career. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with both degrees.

He has also worked in the banking sector since 1987. He began his career in Sydney at Westpac Banking Corp. and afterwards joined Hagabank, where he held the position of President Director (2000). since 2008, when Hagabank and Bank Hagakita merged with PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia, has served as deputy president and director. After that, he started working at Bank MAS in March 2014 as President Director.

Taswin Zakaria
Vice Chairman IV

Taswin Zakaria was appointed as President Director of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) dated 11 November 2013 and has effectively served since 12 March 2014. His last appointment as President Director of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk was based decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 26 March 2021.

Anika Faisal
Secretary General

Anika Faisal is a professional with more than 29 years of experience in the banking world. During her career in the banking world, Anika has held several important positions. Among them are Expert Staff for the Chairman and Deputy Chair of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), the Compliance Director for Bank Danamon, to the Compliance Director and Corporate Secretary of PT Bank BTPN Tbk. In addition to these positions, the graduate of the Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia is also actively involved in the management of various professional and industry associations, namely the Indonesian Bankers Association (IBI), Indonesian Economists Association (ISEI), Association of National Banks (Perbanas) and the Communication Forum. Director of Compliance (FKDKP), with his last position as Chairman from 2015 to 2019.

Lisawati
Deputy General Secretary I

In the course of her career, she earned a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Management in Finance and Master of Business Administration from a university in Surabaya. The first time she entered the banking industry, she started as Credit Department Staff at Bank Sumber Ekonomi Asia (1973-1975). Then worked at various other companies (1975-1984).

She joined Bank Swadesi in 1984 and remained there till her last job as President Director ended in 2009. She later worked as the Deputy President and Director of Bank Jasa Jakarta (2009-2018). Based on the Annual GMS Decision Deed No. 15 of the 6 July 2018 she thereafter served as President Director for the duration of 2018–2021. based on the Annual GMS Decision Deed No. 72 on May 19, 2021, reappointed for the years 2021–2024.

Rita Mirasari

Started her career in banking since 1991. Became Compliance Director, Country Head Legal & Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank, Indonesia (1998-2006). Director, Country Compliance Representative at ABN AMRO Bank NV Indonesia (2006-2009). Director of Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretary at PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (now PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk) (2009-2013). Director, Regulatory Compliance & Financial Crime Compliance, The Hongkong Shanghai Banking Limited (HSBC Indonesia) (2013-2016).

Nixon LP Napitupulu
Treasurer

Nixon has experience in the banking industry; prior to March 2021, he was BTN Bank's Deputy Chief Executive Officer.  From September 2021, he has also held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Pension Fund of the BTN Bank. In PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Nixon formerly held the position of Group Manager for Business Performance Management. He was PT Bank Mandiri Taspen's Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Nixon was hired by BBTN in 2017 as Director of Collection, Asset Management, & Legal. In addition, he held the position of Director of Finance, Planning, & Treasury at BBTN until March 2021.

Sis Apik Wijayanto
Deputy Treasurer I

Born in 1961, Obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration from Brawijaya University, Masters (S2) in Management from Airlangga University.

Previously served as Consumer Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (2016-2017), Director of Institutional PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (2017-2019).

He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or major and controlling shareholders.
